Aluminum Rack Filler Panels (PHBL/HBL Series & PBL/BL Series)

Our high quality aluminum blanking rack filler panels are manufactured from 1/16” or 1/8” aluminum, making them lightweight and easy to machine. Aluminum server rack panels available with durable powder coat or high aesthetic brushed and anodized finish.

PHBL Series
Lightweight and easy to machine. Manufactured from 1/8” aluminum, durable black powder coat, in flat style. Available in 1 through 4 space sizes.

PBL Series
Lightweight and easy to machine. Manufactured from 1/16” 
aluminum, durable black powder coat, and flanged for strength. Available in 1 through 4 space sizes.

HBL Series
Highest aesthetics black brushed and anodized finish. Made from 1/8” thick aluminum, lightweight and easy to machine. Available in 1 through 4 space sizes.

BL Series
Highest aesthetics black brushed and anodized finish. Made from 1/16” thick aluminum (easy to machine) and flanged for strength. Available in 1 through 4 space sizes (1/2 and 1/3 space blank available)
