works but a bit awkward

These work just fine, but the design is a bit awkward for a permanent connection. In PS2 mode, one cable sticks out due to the extra length of the PS2 adapter. When used in USB mode, it is required to keep the PS2 mouse connector disconnected, and it just hangs there.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review the CE-6 cable, David! This particular cable is definitely a little less streamlined, since it's meant to be more of a universal solution. If you'd like to take a look at the options for dedicated connection types, we do have the CD-6 for strictly PS/2 connections (rackmountsolutions.net/search.php?search_query_adv=cd-6), or the CB-6, for strictly USB connections (rackmountsolutions.net/cb-6-6-ft-usb-2-n-1-cable).
