Q: I am looking into the 7-10u compact racks and was wondering if this set works with the following: SKU: DTRK-1018 or SKU: MMR-1020?

A: Thank you so much for your interest in our products, Aaron! Unfortunately, the casters in that kit will not work with either of these racks, my apologies! I can point you in the right direction, though! The casters that are compatible with the DTRK-1018 rack is part number DTRK-W, which can be seen here: rackmountsolutions.net/4-dtrk-series-casters. The casters that work with the MMR-1020 rack is part number CASTERS-K, seen here: rackmountsolutions.net/essex-caster-kit. If we can help with anything else, please let us know!

Q: Hi, I purchased a server rack (SKU: RS-4POSTRACK-42AB). I found we need three rack shelves for the model, power, and locking caster kit for the rack model. Can you confirm if this is the right product for our rack? I will place an order once you confirm it. Thank you!
