Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers and respond to inquiries to build rapport and establish relationships. Understand customer needs, answer product or service-related questions, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their budget, timeline, and specific requirements. Negotiate prices, terms, and discounts to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Work closely with sales managers or senior representatives to finalize deals.
- Accurately record sales transactions, prepare quotes, and process customer orders. Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Continuously improve sales skills through training, workshops, and self-learning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues by gathering relevant information, analyzing the problem, and determining the best course of action. Collaborate with other internal teams, such as technical support or sales, to ensure timely resolution.
