Combining thin plate pure lead (TPPL) technology and advanced carbon chemistry, the NorthStar® BLUE+ Battery® range is an innovative solution engineered to deliver outstanding cyclic performances in off-grid hybrid, unreliable grid and renewable energy applications. NorthStar® BLUE+ Battery® delivers a competitive total cost of ownership (TCO) through fewer battery replacements and lower operating costs.

In many regions of the world the on-grid power supply is unreliable, suffering frequent power outages every day.

This means frequent recharging, severely shortening battery life. To minimize the impact of outages or use of diesel generators it is crucial to recharge batteries as quick as possible and have the cyclability performance needed. The NorthStar® BLUE+ Battery® thin plate carbon technology delivers ultra fast recharge times and more than three times as many cycles as the standard AGM batteries.
